Cheap International phone calls from your landline phones (BT, NTL etc) - that is so easy:

How do I use Easycall?
Simply call the access number corresponding with the destination you wish to call, followed by the complete international number. That's all.

How do I sign up for your services?
To use Easycall you do not have to register. You just dial the access number that allows you to phone the international destination.

How much does a call to COUNTRY X cost?
First, find out which access number you need to dial for your country. Then look at the price stated behind that access number, this is the price per minute for your call and includes VAT and the costs for the international part of the call.

Calls are usually billed per second (BT, Telewest and Virgin charge per second, for other service providers please check with your service provider if they bill per second or per minute), which means a call for 10 minutes and 30 seconds to a 2p/min access number will be a total cost of 10.5 minutes x 2p = 21p. Your service provider also usually charges a minimum charge or connection fee for each call; for example BT applies a 12.5p minimum charge. For other networks please contact your service provider.

How are my calls billed?
The charges for calls to our access numbers will simply appear on your normal phone bill from your telephone provider (usually BT, Virgin etc). So for example, if you make a 25 minute call to India from a BT phone via access number 0844 720 2432 which is charged at 1p/min; Next time you get your BT bill you will see a call to our 0844 720 2432 number, a duration of 25 minutes and a total charge of 25 min x 1p = 25p plus connectio charge 12.5p. Please note that the onward international calls will not be itemised on your bill. As your normal telephone provider bills you for the calls, not Telediscount, all you will be able to see is what your telephone supplier provides you with. We unfortunately cannot supply itemised call lists.

Q: How do I subscribe to Just Dial Unlimited?

A: You can subscribe to Just Dial Unlimited in three simple steps:

  • Step 1 - Text FAIRCALL to 81020 to request our JD Unlimited Service
  • Step 2 – We’ll send you a text message providing details of our service. To agree to subscribe to our service – REPLY WITH AGREE
  • Step 3 – We’ll send you a text with our JD Unlimited access number.

Q: How much does it cost to subscribe to Just Dial Unlimited?

A: Texts from 81020 cost £10 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider. You will be charged £10 every 30 days.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 81020. You will be able to use JD Unlimited to make calls until the end of your current subscription period.

Q: How do I make a call?

A: Dial the JD Unlimited Access Number we've sent you – at the prompt dial your destination number. Don’t Press the Send button on your phone after dialling your destination number. This will result in your call to our service being put on hold and a new call starting through your mobile phone provider and you will be charged by your provider at their rates.

Calls to our 0207 access number will be charged to you by your mobile service provider at their rate or may be included in your call package.

Q: Which destinations are included in the Just Dial Unlimited package?

A: Check our JD Unlimited web page for the destinations available at the time of your call and before you subscribe to our service. Calls to mobiles are not included unless explicitly stated.

Q: How do I call destinations outside of the Just Dial Unlimited package?

A: Our Just Dial Instant and topup2talk services have great low rates weather you’re calling from a landline or a mobile and can be used in addition to JD Unlimited to maximise your savings when calling overseas.

Each call is charged per minute rate for the relevant country. A connection charge equal to twice the pence per minute rate (up to a maximum of 30 pence) for the relevant country is also charged per call.

Higher rates generally apply when calling international mobiles and premium rate numbers. Call charges include VAT and are charged per minute, rounded to the nearest penny.
